Sintel Technical Services Inc. was founded by leaders who spent decades inside some of Canada’s most complex building, maintenance, energy, and sustainability environments. We’ve run national operations, built large‑scale energy and building systems, delivered decarbonization strategies, and developed the governance frameworks behind credible disclosures.
And through it all, our experience revealed a clear market gap: consulting firms often lacked practical technical knowledge, while technical service providers lacked strategy and vision. We created Sintel to bring both together - giving clients integrated expertise that drives greater value.

From a technical perspective, our team has led national organizations of hundreds of HVAC/refrigeration technicians, supported thousands of facilities, overseen billions in assets, and delivered measurable results in cost, carbon, reliability, and operational performance. We have modernized legacy systems, deployed AI-enabled solutions, administered complex multi‑year service procurement agreements totaling hundreds of millions, and implemented large scale diversified energy procurement portfolios including the largest rooftop solar program in Canada. From an advisory and consulting perspective, our team developed and implemented enterprise sustainability disclosure strategies, strengthened internal controls, and applied disciplined oversight to meet evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations. Our team bridges the gap between strategy and delivery.
