A engineering and operations executive with more than 15 years in energy management, facility operations, and large-scale capital project delivery, most recently leading national building technology programs at Loblaw Companies. Led an internal division of one of the country's largest HVAC and refrigeration installation and service organizations, directing more than 230 technicians coast to coast and creating a specialized controls and building automation team to maximize building performance. Known for modernizing and maintaining portfolios of 2,500+ commercial properties and implementing innovative programs in distributed energy resources and diversified energy procurement strategies. Holds an M.Eng. (Waterloo), a BASc (Queen's), and an MBA, and is a licensed P.Eng. in Ontario. A passionate, highly collaborative partner who solves complex problems in ways that deliver measurable and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

A seasoned CPA‑CA and executive with more than 20 years leading audit, risk, and sustainability functions, including most recently as Vice President of ESG Integration and Reporting at Loblaw Companies. Known for building high‑performing teams and modern governance systems, with deep expertise in internal audit, enterprise risk management, and compliance, and a recent focus on designing and implementing an enterprise ESG disclosure strategy grounded in strong oversight and business integration. Recognized for translating evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations into reliable, forward‑looking systems that enhance organizational resilience. Motivated by work that drives meaningful progress and leaves people, processes, and organizations stronger than they were found.
